Today (18 March 2025), TTB Analytics sees the recovery of the condominium market in Bangkok and its vicinity in 2024 as just an illusion due to limitations in development areas (Location Depreciation) and factors such as the expansion of the electric train network that will start to slow down in the next phase. It is expected that in 2025, it will reverse to a contraction of 3.8%. It is proposed that the government accelerate solutions to increase demand, especially for foreigners, including adjusting the balance to increase incentives for choosing residences outside the city.
